Comfort is an associate in the employment team in Reading. She and advises employers and individuals on the full range of employment matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, GDPR, whistleblowing, TUPE and day-to-day HR issues, such as managing capability and misconduct. She represents both private and public sector organisations and acts for a number of housing associations.
Comfort qualified in 2017 and assists clients with employment tribunal litigation, the negotiation of settlement agreements and drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, policies and staff handbooks.
