Vicky joined the employment team as a newly qualified associate in 2016. She advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Her experience includes drafting and offering guidance on a wide range of employment contracts, service agreements, policies/procedures and staff handbooks. She has been involved in a number of tribunal hearings, including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
Vicky provides day-to-day support and assistance on employment issues such as absence management, performance management, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues, settlement agreements and unfair dismissal. She works with clients to proactively manage their employee issues and, where possible, avoid protracted disputes. She also acts for individual employees and senior executives in relation to a range of employment disputes and settlement agreements. Vicky is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
