Penningtons Manches has acted for the leading social enterprise FutureGov, which provides transformative change to public services organisations through cutting edge design and technology, on its first acquisition. FutureGov, whose investors include the NESTA social impact fund, acquired Uscreates, a London based strategic design consultancy.
Led by corporate partner Justin Starling and associate Chris Voelker, the transaction completed as FutureGov celebrated its ten year anniversary.
This latest deal builds on a series of technology sector transactions that the Penningtons Manches corporate team has completed in the last 12 months. Last year the team acted on a record number of over 140 deals with an aggregate value of £1.5 billion.
