Our role is to secure, protect and enforce intellectual property rights by:

• negotiating contracts for the transfer and licensing of intellectual property;
• drafting publishing agreements
• registering trade marks (including community trade marks and international registrations under the Madrid Protocol)
• drafting technology licences and technical assistance agreements
• drafting confidentiality (non-disclosure) agreements.
