We also need to know how you would like us to contact you, whether you are able to travel, details of your potential claim, the dates of your treatment, the treating hospital, what you think went wrong, the likely prognosis and your current condition. 4. When you contact us through our online conveyancing services, we need to know your name, telephone number, your current address, and how you would like us to contact you. We also need to know the address of the property purchase or property sale, whether the property is freehold or leasehold, the price of the property, and how you would like us to contact you. 5. When you contact us through the Recruitment section of our website or through the general contact / feedback form, we only collect your name, postal and e-mail address and certain other information requested in those forms or which you otherwise provide to us. 6. If you notify us by e-mail or other written communication that any of the information which we hold about you is incorrect or misleading, we will take prompt action to correct or amend the information. We may be forced to disclose information by the government or other law enforcement agencies or in connection with the investigation of unlawful activities. If our business is sold, transferred or merged with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business. 11. The Internet is not a secure medium. However, our website is hosted by a Service Provider's on a server which is in a physically secure location and protected by a firewall. Access to the site is on a very restricted basis, protected by use of passwords. 12. We do not use cookies on our website.
