Adam Nichols

HR director

Profile

Adam is the HR director and works with the firm’s CEO to execute the people elements of the firm’s strategy. He also sits on the firm’s executive and strategy boards.

Prior to joining the firm in November 2022, Adam had spent a number of years at a Magic Circle law firm in a multitude of people focussed roles, including head of HR Asia and global head of partner advisory.

Adam is an internationally minded professional with a focus on supporting the firm’s growth ambitions through the continued development of its people and culture.
