Kerra is a senior associate in the real estate litigation team in London, acting for both commercial landlords and tenants.

She is experienced in handling a range of asset management work for property in the London and wider market, such as dilapidations claims, including application of section 18 defence; lease renewal proceedings; forfeiture; and service charge disputes. She also advises on a variety of litigation work with a real estate focus, such as professional negligence cases and tenant insolvency claims.

Kerra is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
