Profile

Rita is a senior associate in the Guildford residential property team. She has over 15 years’ experience covering all aspects of residential property including, but not limited to, freehold, leasehold, new build, transfers of equity and refinance.

Having lived in Surrey since 2002, Rita has an excellent working knowledge of the area. Her clients are wide ranging and include individuals, companies and lenders. She has a particular focus on high net worth and complex work. Rita also collaborates closely with the firm’s private client and family teams, regularly providing support on property-related matters.

She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022 from a local Legal 500-recommended law firm.
