Profile

Andrew joined Penningtons Manches Cooper's real estate team in 2011 as a partner. He specialises in property development and regeneration, commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant work. He has acted for numerous registered providers of social housing, focusing particularly on development site acquisitions with associated planning and infrastructure agreements.
