Penningtons Manches' immigration team is delighted to announce that it has been selected by the Greater London Authority (GLA) to spearhead a diagnostics review of the UK’s immigration options for international creative and artistic talent. The work will be completed across several stages and includes a comprehensive review of current UK immigration policy, as well as data analysis, to ultimately map the needs of the sector against the options available to them.
The team has extensive expertise and experience of advising creative industry clients on a range of immigration options including Tiers 2 and 5, Entertainer Visitors and Permitted Paid Engagements.
