Philip Barth specialises in all aspects of immigration and nationality law, he works on employer driven aspects such as work permits or sole representatives, he has worked with individuals who have a high net worth to countries, is involved with freedom of establishment cases, deals with European community association aggreements such as self employment applications. he has worked helping getting family members into a country and getting them settlement and filed application for a british citizens passport through either naturalisation or through proper registration. He has also given immigration legal advice on employer sanctions. He qualified as a solicitorway back in 1982 he has only recently joined Penningtons afetr being a partner at Mischon De Reya. Philip is a convenor of the Employment sub committee, and is also an advisor to the house of lords on Asylum.
