Penningtons Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce that Jo Summers has joined the firm's private client practice group, part of the Private Individuals Division, as a consultant. Jo, who is recognised by Citywealth Magazine as one of the top 20 women in private wealth management and features in other leading legal directories, will be based in Penningtons’ City office.
Jo specialises in international tax planning for individuals, with a particular focus on offshore trusts and pensions, and works closely with investment banks, trust companies and accountants. She also advises UK entrepreneurs. Jo was previously head of the private client department at Howard Kennedy.
Jo’s extensive legal qualifications include a diploma in French law. She is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
At Penningtons, her role will include a strong emphasis on business development.
