Penningtons further strengthens clinical negligence team with new London partner

Penningtons Solicitors LLP has recruited John Kyriacou as a partner in the London office to further strengthen the firm's rapidly growing clinical negligence team of 17 fee earners in London and the South East. His appointment follows the recent hire of the high profile clinical negligence lawyer, Grainne Barton, from Charles Russell in June.

John, a clinical negligence litigation and defamation specialist, was formerly a partner of Pattinson & Brewer, where he qualified in 1989. He is a solicitor on the AvMA referral panel and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel as well as an adjudicator for the Legal Services Commission.

Tim Palmer, who heads Penningtons' Private Individuals Division, said: "We are delighted that such a well-known specialist as John will be heading up the growing team in our London office.
