We are currently acting on behalf of a claimant injured in a paragliding accident in Spain.

Our client was harnessed to an instructor for a tandem flight but, shortly after take off, he became detached from the harness and fell 30 m onto rocks below, sustaining severe leg injuries. The claim - for over €500,000 - is being brought against the instructor and the insurer.
