Registrant removed from register for making false entries in clinical records
Earlier this year, our professional regulation team acted on behalf of a regulator in the first ever hearing before its newly constituted disciplinary committee.
The registrant was found to have dishonestly made false entries in clinical records and the committee directed that her name should be removed from the register.
Nicole Curtis appeared as advocate for the regulator, following investigation by Geoffrey Hudson.
