We are able to advise on how best to structure a deal from a tax and value perspective, what the standard market positions are, what moves can be made away from these positions and how insurances can be used to offset risk in any given situation.

We can also assist with determining the best way to finance a project and provide advice to funders and developers on both funding and security issues.

Recent projects our team have advised on include high profile PPP/PFI and LIFT schemes and we are fully conversant with the issues surrounding the standard form documentation in each sector. We also regularly advise on commercial and residential developments. Our focus always remains on providing clear and cost effective advice and delivering projects on time and to budget.
