Our banking team has extensive experience in different types of secured and unsecured credit facilities (whether bilateral or syndicated), development and property finance, acquisition (including cash flow) finance, project finance, asset finance, receivables financing, trade finance and other structured finance transactions as well as complex intercreditor and security sharing arrangements. We have particular expertise in lending to charitable and not for profit (eg educational) organisations.
We also deal with various regulatory matters including acting for London branches and subsidiaries of overseas banks.
We are able to use our construction team to assist in effectively securitising construction projects and PFI schemes.
