Travel

We offer a one-stop shop service to a wide range of travel industry clients, including legal expenses insurers, tour operators, hotels and private individuals involved in accidents abroad.

Our expertise as travel litigators is recognised by various household name insurers for whom we act as the panel solicitors. We are instructed to represent policyholders for compensation claims arising from accidents abroad and also act for the insured in a defendant capacity when necessary.

Travel insurers and assistance companies also rely on us to recover significant repatriation and medical expenses, and to help resolve contractual disputes with policyholders and third parties.

We work closely with our hotel and leisure sector specialists, giving advice to tour operators and hotels regarding the package travel regulations and other litigation and health and safety issues arising from accidents abroad. We also draft terms and conditions and associated supplier contracts for tour operators, particularly in the ski sector.

Members of the team speak various foreign languages and are also supported by a tried and tested global network of agents, resulting from relationships built up over a number of years and the firm's membership of Multilaw and the European Law Group.
