Tim is a member of the clinical negligence and personal injury team. He is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel. He has a special interest in complex medical issues and particular expertise in advising on cases involving consent to treatment and access to treatment issues, patient confidentiality, ethical matters and clinical trials. He also deals with complex product liability and personal injury claims. He has more than 30 years' experience of claimant and defendant work in these fields. He has published on health and the Human Rights Act 1998.
