Gemma specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law and has a keen interest in all aspects of discrimination law. Since qualification in 2007, Gemma has been involved with a significant Court of Appeal decision, a number of tribunal hearings and an appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. She has also provided corporate support in relation to business transfers and re-organisations and advised on terms of compromise agreements, employment contracts and employee handbooks.
Gemma presents seminars both internally and externally on a broad range of employment topics and issues and has also had articles published in our employment newsletter and in external publications. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Junior Lawyer's Division North Hampshire.
