Cecelia specialises in helping clients and their families to organise their affairs to their best advantage. She provides advice in relation to inheritance tax and capital gains tax, the use of trusts in tax planning, Wills, and all aspects of private client work generally, including work with a foreign element. She has particular interest in advising those with family businesses, for example in relation to retirement planning and succession planning.
Cecelia trained with Eversheds, qualifying in 1997, and joined Penningtons from Osborne Clarke in 2004. She is also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor.
