Tim Palmer is head of the Private Individuals Division and a partner in the clinical negligence and personal injury team. He has worked in the field of clinical negligence and personal injury litigation since qualification in 1995 and has experience of a wide range of cases. His practice is predominantly in claimant clinical negligence. Tim also has a keen interest in ways of resolving disputes other than through the courts and is accredited as a mediator by the Centre For Dispute Resolution. He is on the approved solicitors lists of the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway, the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence panel and the AVMA referral panel.
Tim is based in our Basingstoke office but frequently works out of our London office and sees clients nationwide.
