Linda heads the social housing team in the Commercial Property Division. She joined the firm as an associate in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. Linda specialises in acting in the sale and acquisition of both private and social housing including New Build Homebuy, Social Homebuy, Open Market Homebuy, Right to Buy and Acquire and acting for social landlords in charging their property portfolios. She is recognised by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leader in the social housing sector and regularly speaks at conferences and training workshops for Registered Providers.
