Justine has extensive experience of representing both claimants and defendants in the clinical negligence field. As well as practising general clinical negligence, she specialises in dealing with cerebral palsy claims and she has handled and settled a number of high value, complex cases. She is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel and has Senior Litigator status with APIL.
