Jenny specialises in property and commercial litigation. She qualified and joined the firm in 2001 and was made an associate in 2008. She advises on a broad range of property related disputes on commercial landlord and tenant matters, such as dilapidations, recovery of rent arrears and tenant insolvency. She also acts on complex residential matters, including collective enfranchisement. She has presented seminars and regularly advises on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and on applications for the landlord's consent. She is instructed in relation to planning disputes, possession claims and general contractual disputes. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.
