Georgina has specialised in private client work since qualifying in 1999. She joined Penningtons in 2000. Georgina covers all areas on non contentious private client work, including drafting Wills, inheritance tax planning, the administration of estates and deeds of variation.
Georgina has a particular interest in elderly client issues and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, advising on EPAs/LPAs, care home fees and other related issues
