David is a member of the private client team. David joined the firm as a trainee in December 1962, qualified as a solicitor in January 1966 and became a partner later that same year. He became a consultant in 2004. He advises on Wills and Trusts and is a Trustee of numerous family trusts, acts for a number of families including to the third and fourth generation and has a large sector of his practice dedicated to the elderly. He has been appointed Executor in a personal capacity to a great number of Wills and is experienced in probate work and resolving many of the family issues that arise from that.
