Catriona is a partner in the commercial property team. She has been a partner at Penningtons since 1982 and her main area of work during that time has been dealing with investment property work. Her specialist knowledge covers non-contentious landlord and tenant advice, development, funding and joint venture agreements, and all aspects of property acquisitions and disposals. She also has experience in dealing with Telecoms related work.
She has been closely involved in preparing documentation for the appointment of property professionals, including the outsourcing of property management services. She has a particular interest in drafting in plain English and is a member of Clarity. She is a regular speaker at seminars on commercial property topics.
