Rolland is the firm's marketing and development director and a member of the management board. He has dual responsibility for developing the firm's strategic approach to understanding and meeting its clients' needs as well as running the marketing and development functions across the business. With some 20 years' experience of professional services, he has a thorough knowledge of what clients look for in their professional advisers and the elements that create long-term, successful client relationships.
Rolland is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and sits on the advisory committee to the leading professional services marketing group, PSMG, as well as being an active member of various other marketing networks. He regularly speaks at events and conferences within the sector.
