Philippa is a partner in the clinical negligence and personal injury team. She qualified in 1998 and became a partner in 2006. She specialises in all areas of clinical negligence work with a particular focus on neurosurgical, brain injury and orthopaedic claims. Her personal injury practice comprises predominantly catastrophic brain and spinal injury claims arising out of road traffic accidents and accidents at work. She is experienced in all aspects of such claims with a particular focus on rehabilitation and long term needs. Philippa also has expertise in advising on Health and Safety matters.
She is on the Law Society/Solicitor's Regulation Authority recommended solicitor panels for both clinical negligence and personal injury, is a senior Accredited Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a member of the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA)'s referral panel of specialist solicitors and is recommended by the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway.
Philippa is based in our Godalming office but frequently works out of our London office and sees clients nationwide.
