Peter is the head of the Commercial Property Division. He joined Penningtons in 1989 and became a partner in 1997. His extensive experience in commercial property and property investment issues includes advising on investment purchases and sales, property securitisations and development projects – from site acquisitions and assemblies through to letting agreements and subsequent sales. Peter is involved in a wide range of industry sectors including retail, banking, healthcare, hotels and leisure. He is also experienced in onshore and offshore investment vehicles connected with property management and is a participant in INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles).
