Peter is a partner in the Commercial Property Division leading on projects, engineering, construction and operations matters. He comes from an engineering background and has extensive experience acting for both the public and private sector. This has included appointments on some of the highest profile PFI/PPP schemes in the UK and he continues to work in the health, leisure, education and housing sectors. His practice also covers all aspects of construction, including development work, building and FM contracts, ICT contracts, consultants' appointments, partnering agreements, bonds, PGCs and collateral warranties.
