Peter is a consultant in our company and commercial team. He advises public and private companies, institutional investors and fund managers on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint ventures, fundraisings and corporate governance.
Peter is involved in a wide range of industry sectors including hotel and leisure, healthcare, construction and property. Peter also has extensive experience in onshore and offshore investment vehicles connected with property management and investment. Peter is a participant in INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles).
