Noel is a partner in the commercial dispute resolution team. He qualified in 1979 and joined the firm as a partner in 1990. Noel specialises in the resolution of business related disputes across a wide range including corporate and partnership, banking, insolvency related, commercial contracts and professional negligence. He is experienced in giving 'positioning' advice to assist in the early resolution of commercial and other disputes and has acted as a client representative in a number of mediations. Noel also has extensive experience of drafting a wide variety of agreements, particularly in the context of professional firms. He is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners.
