Kieran joined Penningtons in 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2012. He has a comprehensive understanding of the travel litigation market having worked as a case manager in this field of law for the past eight years. He has extensive experience of handling claims both domestically and overseas and has pursued litigation in over 30 jurisdictions. He is also a fluent French speaker and is therefore able to liaise directly with French-speaking clients, defendants, experts and agents when necessary.
