John is a partner in our clinical negligence and personal injury team. He joined Penningtons in 2010 and has over 20 years' experience in the fields of clinical negligence litigation and defamation, having qualified in 1989. He is a member of the AvMA referral panel and the Law Society clinical negligence panel as well as an adjudicator for the Legal Services Commission.
Both Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession and The Legal 500 directories recognise John as a leader in his field.
He is based in our London office but sees clients nationwide.
