James is a partner in the commercial property team. He joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 1997, qualified in 1999 and became a partner in 2008.
James specialises in all aspects of non-contentious landlord & tenant law, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio sales), site development and property advice for charities. He has a proven track record advising both institutional and private clients on complex and time critical legal issues.
James has presented seminars on a range of property-related subjects, and is a regular contributor to the firm's publications on all aspects of property law.
