Emma joined Penningtons in 2000 and joined the team as a qualified solicitor in September 2002, having spent more than a year training in the personal injury and clinical negligence team. Emma specialises in clinical negligence claims, particularly general surgery and fatal accident cases. She has also been involved in a wide variety of personal injury claims, including high value and complex claims.
