Sian qualified in 1997 as a commercial litigator and has specialised in contentious trusts and probate since 2001. She joined Penningtons in 2007. Sian advises on the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence claims and incorrectly administered estates. She also advises on breach of trust claims, the removal of trustees and disputes between beneficiaries and trustees. Her clients include beneficiaries, trusts and executors. Sian is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
