Richard is a partner in the Commercial Property Division. He specialises in development and property finance and has particular expertise in insolvency and secured lending. He also helps to establish overseas banks in the UK, advising on the preparation of credit documentation and procedures. He works closely with Irish property companies and banks.
Richard heads the real property side of our property insolvency team and is responsible for running major insolvencies on commercial, residential and mixed use developments.
