Peter has specialised in commercial property work for nearly 30 years. He joined Penningtons in 2000. Peter has a particular expertise in development work. Throughout his career, his main focus has been on advising pension funds and other institutional investors on acquisitions, developments, disposals and lettings, but he also acts for developers and for tenants. Peter is a frequent speaker at conferences on a variety of property-related topics, including the application of VAT and SDLT to property. He also writes specialist articles, and was a contributor to Jordans' Guide to the 1996 Housing Act.
