Geoffrey joined Penningtons as a partner in 2000 and has for many years worked exclusively in the field of professional regulation. His work in that field has been almost entirely in the healthcare sector with a particular emphasis on pharmacy and veterinary medicine. He is involved on a daily basis in the investigation and preparation of professional conduct cases, regular advocacy before disciplinary committees, judicial reviews and statutory appeals in the Privy Council and Administrative Court.
