Anna heads the firm's intellectual property, commercial and IT practice, recommended as an 'excellent all-round team' in the current edition of The Legal 500. She has over 16 years' experience of advising on all aspects of intellectual property law, particularly trade marks and copyright. She also advises on commercial contracts including agency, distribution and supply agreements, as well as advertising and sponsorship agreements. Her practice includes competition law.
Anna represents a range of clients, including manufacturers, brand owners and publishers, and has a special focus on the technology, education and motor sectors. She is a member of the International Trademark Association and the IP sub-groups of Multilaw and the European Law Group. In addition, she is a contributing author to the UK chapter of Media, Advertising and Entertainment Laws Throughout the World.
