Alison has specialised in clinical negligence work since qualifying in 2001. She joined Penningtons in 2007 and currently deals with a wide variety of clinical negligence claims, with a particular focus on general practice, gynaecology, orthopaedic and oncology claims. Alison also deals with fatal accident claims arising out of clinical negligence and personal injury actions.
She is a member of the Law Society's clinical negligence panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers as well as a panel solicitor for the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA). She has also worked regularly with AvMA as a trained helpline volunteer.
