Terry is a partner in the residential property team. He joined Penningtons with the Walker Martineau merger in 2000 and has more than thirty years experience over a broad range of property matters. He now deals with the property interests of landowners, investors, institutions and charities as well as individuals and acts in sales, purchases and lettings. He frequently works with the private client teams on trusts and offshore structures and also advises on leasehold enfranchisement. Terry holds a number of trusteeships and is a member of the Law Society Property Group.
