Simon is head of our corporate team. He joined the firm as a partner in 2004 having previously been a partner at Clyde & Co. He qualified in 1992. Simon advises his clients on their business law requirements and has particular experience in transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, reorganisations and start-ups. He acts for companies both in the UK and internationally as well as advising partnerships and sole traders. Simon has developed detailed knowledge of businesses in a variety of sectors including technology and education. His work often involves international elements and Simon is currently heavily involved in Penningtons' cross-border work in the UK/India corridor.
