Sarah joined Penningtons from a City of London law firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2008. Sarah has specialised in all areas of corporate and property taxes since qualifying in 2000. Sarah regularly advises clients in relation to corporate and commercial tax issues and drafts and negotiates all tax documentation for corporate acquisitions and disposals. She is also experienced in employment tax issues and regularly advises in relation to termination payments, IR35 and Managed Service Company issues. Sarah has extensive experience of advising on all property tax issues, including VAT, stamp duty land tax and capital allowances. Sarah is a regular speaker at external conferences and author of specialist articles.
