Paul is a consultant in the residential property team. He concentrates on high net value residential investments by mainly off shore, non-domiciled clients and their associated companies. Paul works closely with the private client team, in particular, with those specialising in international tax. He has also become one of the firms' specialists in enfranchisement and lease extension work and landlord and tenant matters generally. Paul also has sound experience of commercial property transactions including financing and corporate support work.
