Mike is a partner in the commercial property team. He acts for a wide range of clients across the commercial property spectrum, specialising in landlord and tenant work. Mike regularly advises on sales and purchases of all types of commercial property including warehouses, factories, care homes, shops, offices and development land, and is part of the hotels and leisure sector group, acting on the purchase and disposal of hotels, golf courses and leisure developments. Mike also has experience in property finance and has recently advised on a £100 million plus transaction. He provides support to the company and commercial team in relation to the property aspects of business and share sales.
Among Mike's key clients are Flight Centre (UK) Limited (he acts on all their UK acquisitions and disposals), the Academy of Contemporary Music, Burhill Golf and Leisure Limited and Barrington Brown Estates Limited.
