Michael Cash is a partner in the private client team. He qualified in 1993, joined Penningtons in 2002 and became a partner in 2003. He specialises in trust and estate litigation, both domestic and international (including disputed wills, breach of trust claims, administration disputes and Inheritance Act 1975 claims), succession planning, and acting for charities.
He is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and the Charity Law Association. Michael has been recognised by Citywealth magazine as a leading lawyer in the contentious trusts field.
